This project was completed after my end tables. I milled the lumber in my dad’s shop and cut all of the joints by hand. Overall there are in excess of 100 hand cut dovetail joints. I kept the design simple intending to showcase the dovetails. I gave this jewelry box to my wife on our one year dating anniversary. She loves it and uses it every day.

You can see the dovetails are tiny. Some are through dovetails, some are half-blind dovetails.
There are four felt-lined drawers with dividers. Each drawer has a different configuration of dividers.
The entire project was constructed of cherry. Finish is a boiled linseed oil and oil based polyurethane with a coat of wax on top.
