So its an armchair of some sort, heavy duty from oak beams again
the back of the chair I left original ,weather treated and the joint of the seat and the back ,these are all connected to the houses on wich the exhibition is all about .
black leather on the seat and back rest

finished it with mixture of beeswax, tung oil, linseed oil

The chest of drawers ,chair, little table ,mirror fraim are all made for an exibition in july in Croatia, Zagreb .
The idea is homage to Posavskim Old houses that were built in our country.
Me and my buddy Luka from Rijeka will display together .He will also have tables and chest of drawers .
Working with this old wood was a challenge but reward is the beauty of colours that is hiding under the crust of weather treated wood.

This is a wonderful tribute to the history of your area. It would be impossible to save all of the old houses, so it is wonderful to use the wood to make porjects to honor that heritage. I would really enjoy seeing pictures of the old houses, plus some pictures of the exhibition
