This is my new table saw sled. Built like many on here and YouTube. I used hard maple for the runners, 1/2 plywood for the base and laminated 3/4 plywood for the rails. I wanted it to be strong and straight on the ends so I thought that would help. I did as recommended by many of you and champhered the edges. Sled come out great and I did not even have to make any adjustments it was “perfect”.

Nice. You have inspired me to get off my rump and make one. All plywood is nice. What are the dimensions?

You have inspired me, too. One question, how did you fit it to your T-Slots?? Thanks!
