Here is a dining table made with the raw trunk . the concept is it is almost impossible to make same design or say two tables in identical shape.

the leg is made from piece of trunk.
In this table neither nails nor glue is used only 4 screws to fix bottom is used.

Wow…That must have taken years to design and built….What great craftsmanship…. Only four screws hold it together, I bet that will last for decades. plus you did not even sand out the saw marks on the wood, Looks GREAT….Once again…more junk from Sarvodaya Exports.

This particular table, I think, is being made in a definite 3rd world shop with a dirt floor. See the other stuff lying around? Hot climate, one or two basic tools for milling, hand tools for everything else. I wonder if this guy is even associated with Sarvodaya…

@xylophage ..please first understand HANDICRAFT..then comment…saw marks are needed and it is still to sand under production and yet to be polished…

@xylophage two screws are enough to hold..stable and HIGHLY resistant to climate…NO MOISTURE EFFECT…

Ramesh, you say on your profile that you have the highest quality woodworking machines. I’d love to see one picture of your factory with some of these posted pieces being made.
Thanks.

I am just sharing the items which are under evaluation process which means they are under trial process which means they can have errors my idea was that if this forum is really of woodworkers they will definitely try to get get the idea and will ask about it or may be they can tell where i am doing wrong or what can be done for better ..i just came here to share those items..
but sorry to say this forum found to be like other forums where you find everything except craftsmanship and real woodworking people who have a vision and creative mind …
Actually we are looking a forum where people discus mainly about craftsmanship and new ideas
we are not here to sell products This is the reason why i am not posting the items we are selling..
http://www.toboc.com/Sarvodaya-Export/599032-Exporter-CompanyTradeleads.aspx

In defense of the guys here, the rules state that it must be a finished project, and you clearly stated that it’s not finished.
