Lazy Susan

Another lathe project, this time a Lazy Susan for the wife’s birthday. Walnut and maple. Pretty happy with how the maple swoosh turned out. I routed a recess on each piece for the turntable to make it less noticable.

My wife now wants a matching napkin holder!

Cheers,
-Ben

Very nicely done. I love lazy susan’s. They are such a practical thing. I can’t cook a thing but everyone in my family are great cooks and and when a family sits around a table with a well cooked meal before them it is obvious that the lazy susan was a great invention. You did a very nice job on this.
