A customer had a set of hooks just for making socks on a loom.
However the handles were too small (1/2 inch diameter) and hurt her hands.
These handles are 1 inch at the small end and about 1 1/2 inches at the largest diameter.
They are 5 inches total length including the hooks.
The wood is more Indian Dontknow.
Finished with 2 pound shellac and polished with the Beall system.
