I made a few of these rolling pins for Christmas presents. Dimensions are 22” x 2-3/8”. The wood is Maple and Brazilian Cherry. Knowing I didn’t need to spend allot of money, I got the wood from flooring company that liquidates their lumber. If you buy the scraps you can get really good deals. A few passes through the planer to take off the glue grooves, a glue up, and some time on the lathe produced these.
