I am trying to perfect my miter jointed box for a gift and decided to do it on the table saw, this honestly did not work well. I am going to finish the box but only because every project teaches and I am stubborn. In the mist of frustration and because I have my 13 year old niece over I decided to make sling shots. they were easy and quick and gave me a shot of relief after fighting miter joints that just were not working for me today.

Nice job. These will give hours of joy.
Thanks for sharing and good luck with finishing that box.
Being stubborn is quite positive in woodworking.

Just line up some green pigs and you’ve got a backyard Angry Birds game.
