Simple clock that was completed as a Christmas present last year. The kids did most of the assembly, sanding and finishing.

It’s a Woodsmith plan that I picked up at the Woodsmith Store. It doesn’t look like the plan is available on Woodsmith’s site

That’s nice and clean and a simple style. I bet ya’ll had fun building that.

Great job. I am really interested in building one like that, however I can’t find the plans on the Woodsmith site. Can you share the plans or provide info on where I might find them? Thanks

I look forward to building one. Just hope it turns out as nice as yours!

I’ve been looking over the plans I found. They look pretty in-depth and complete, however there is no mention of the clock movement, face, hands, etc. The Woodsmith plans are usually pretty good about including that sort of thing.

I know there are a lot of online sources for these things, but in this case too many for me to sort through. I was wondering if you could provide some details on the clock stuff you used.

You found it. It appears that The Woodsmith Shop will be building the clock on season 6, episode 602, which means that they will have the plans available for free once the show is released.

I believe I purchased a standard quartz movement and hands from and ordered the face from woodcraft.
(the hands are free with purchase of movement)

Good luck, it was a fun project!

Nice job, I wish my miters on the first one I made were as tight as yours.

I bought the clock movements from Lee Valley for mine, they were not expensive.
