This was my first wood project. It is a Shaker Style table made of Alder with Walnut trim around the top. It’s made with basic Mortise and Tenon joinery, and finished with Tung oil and wax. Some would say this project was the beginning of a beautiful relationship!

For your first project, it looks great. The tapered legs are a nice feature and the walnut trim adds a nice contrast. Thanks for sharing.
