As different kind of computer design programmes are widly in use sketch-books became a very rare thing. But not for first year students of Architecture Faculty here. To encourage one of them for hand drawing practice I personalized her sketch-book . I made it of ayous wood, stained to kind of blue and finished with denish oil. Size accepts B4 sheets.
Thank you for looking.

Very nice,

Did you hand carve the design and face of the sketch book?

Has the look of wood aged in the sun.

It certainly catches your eye and you did a very nice job on it.
