That’s on great big deck. Are the sleepers pressure treated ? I do a lot of decks but have done one that big.
Good job.

I’ve been building Ipe decks for 12 years, and I doubt that they total 20,000 sq’.
Good job.

In principle we don’t do installation jobs because we manufacture decking (we are a mill) however, sometimes arquitects or project developers contact us and ask if we can also execute the job. We have sent 42m3 ideck (2 truckloads), which equals over 2000m2 and since 1m2 = 10.7sqft , so the project we took was 20,000 sqft. Of course there is also something like 2% cut offs.

Wow. I am about to put 180 square feet of ipe on my deck, and I am afraid of what it’s going to cost. I can’t even imagine what the price tag was for 20,000 square feet! Marco – do you ship to San Diego? ;-)

As the kids say today, “OMG!” that deck is >10x my whole HOUSE, let alone my deck (deck made by me, not house)
My biggest deck:

You humble my in your scope, your materials, your product. Of course, it looks like you do this for a living! As Alexandre said/asked, “how many saw blades?”. I have heard Ipe is tough…
Nice job.

Yowsa! Now that’s a DECK! Beautiful job. I only needed a couple of hundred sq’. Love the stuff though. Mine is over fifteen years old and still looks like the week after I put it down. I say the week after because that’s when I plugged all the screw holes with ipe bungs. Didn’t have any fancy deck clips back then. I use Penofin to keep the color. Can’t imagine how many gallons this job would take. Whewee! I’d just let it go gray.
