Very nice project and I am sure Your sister will cherish it for years to come ! That purple heart is a really bright color, I have used quite a bit of PH but have never seen that tone before. It would be interesting to see it change over the years ? Welcome to L J’s and be safe !

How did you finish this, because it looks perfect? I am making a jewelry box for my wife to of the same woods and struggling to get the purple to show well through the finish.
