This horse was lying around unfinished in my shop and was in my way, so I finished it. Old “Biscuit” did not have a home so I sent him out to my favorite antique shop, Its All in the Past. He hung around there a while and was adopted into a new home.
This horse was made by laminating a block from 2 inch and 1 inch stock. The horses body is painted and trimmed with Cherry accents. The rocker is made of Red Oak.
I still have one more; I wish it would gallop off somewhere.

Very nice rocking horse, Roz. You’ve been a busy boy lately, it looks like. :-)

I like this one Roz. It’s like a Ferrari compared to the model T rocking horse I had as a kid.

Yep, the sad part is there is still another one lying around in the way, waiting to be finished.

Well, Roz, I don’t guess that you know the child who ended up with that rocking horse but I bet that he loves it. Nice work.
