This is a plywood cutting / face frame assembly jig that I made in December. I attached the cord to a spring from ceiling rides along great.The rails slide nice in the ash t slots. One thing that I would do different is make the dowel holes a bit bigger (no pun intended)

Had a ton of fun and I was able to teach my buddy a bunch of stuff. The biggest thing he learned you have to try something to be able to say you failed.
