Built this for my daughter’s birthday as she needed some shelving for her new room, but didn’t have a lot of horizontal space. So I started looking on my new favorite place for ideas…....Pinterest. Found one like this and came up with my own version. It’s Cherry and the shelves from top to bottom were cut from one piece so that pattern lines up if you were to butt them together. That was a freebie piece of lumber from a buddy…...darn my luck.

Very nice! How did you mount the shelves into the longer piece of stock?

1” deep dado, glued and since the back is hidden, 2 screws per shelf.
