This would have been a simple scroll saw project. However, the numbers had to be through cut on a 5/8 inch thick board that was 5 1/2 inches wide and 8 feet long. I cut a template from 1/4 thich baltic birch plywood then used a template guide bushing in my plunge trim rounter with a 1/4” diameter carbide spiral up cut bit. Many shallow passes later I was through the board. Gives one a new appreciation for CNC machines.
