Made this edge-grain board for a friend/co-worker, Cheryl. Actually, she was initially looking at getting the
board as a gift. I was pleased to learn that she decided that she is going to keep in for herself! Much thanks to both Cheryl [for letting me publish this], and to Geoff Marshall [for taking the pic!].

@isuckatthis It’s a heavy dosing of a mineral oil/beeswax preparation from Howard’s. LOVE the username, too!
@degoose Thanks much. `goose! I especially appreciate the design critique, I’m trying to develop a “character”or “personality”, if that makes sense. It’s something I’m hoping to discuss with @amingineer, when time allows, as he seems to have a similar eye for his creations as I do. Please give me as much feedback as you can handle, positive or negative. I’m still making mistakes and am thankful for honest feedback from others to see if what looks good to me, looks good to others, too. Especially from a guy like you, who makes things that look great to me!
Thanks all!
