Lots of new things to learn with this project. The bowed back stretchers, the hinges, and the through tenons – all new to me! And it is comfortable.

Quarter sawn oak throughout.

A morris chair is on my short list for upcoming projects. I like your idea for the adjustment. I want to do some kind of mechanism that will allow for me to adjust the recline while still seated. Still thinking on that one though.
