Named after the 1980 video game, this box is a Cuboctahedron*.
Dimensions : 141mm cubed. Triangles and squares 100mm sides (62.63° angles on all edges)
Materials : 5mm MDF veneered with Ebony and Holly on the outside and Sapele and Beech on the inside.
Solid Ebony clam shell hinge and lipping.
Adhesive : PVA
Finish : Spray Satin Acrylic
*Made from six squares and eight equilateral triangles. Its what you get when you slice a triangular pyramid off each corner of a cube.
The pictures for this one were done with a hand held camera using available light.
