Manzanita Lamp

Here’s another lamp I recently put together. I liked this one because the wood had a lot of natural character, and even the pull chain pendent turned out neat, kind of has a strange little face. The base is from a juniper log that had two forest fire burn stripes right through it which made for a good color contrast to match the manzanita.

That natural edge of Manzanita is exactly why I sandblast it. It’s SO hard to sand in those pockets.
