I’d like to thank Ronstar for this idea and the dimensioning. My uncle is a brewer, and this was the perfect gift for him. The dimensions Ronstart gave are perfect (although as I was building it seemed small, it’s surprising how small beer bottles are), and the beer fits nice and tight. I was about a 32nd off on the inside ply, and one side is a little tight, so I would maybe have planed down the 3/4” a 32nd if I did this again.
I went with the dock cleats, which worked well.

Now that’s a great project! I can’t think of something more useful, except a bottle opener attachment on the side :) very well done, I like this a lot.

I couldn’t find a bottle opener at Menard’s, but I tried. I ran out of time to run to other places.
