Lyptus and maple contrast each other surprising well. I was looking for someway to make a typical vanilla counter top into something that popped. The cabinets were constructed from Lyptus, so I mixed Lyptus and Maple and it worked. Sometimes being lucky is all that counts

Wow, really good combo. Add this to the mental list for when I build a nice custom kitchen.

WOW I want a counter top like that very badly. When I get around to doing my kitchen I’m just going to have to make one as well.
