Flip Top Station

Project by charger1966 posted 605 days ago 563 views 2 times favorited 5 comments Add to Favorites Watch

This was a really fun project. I wanted to mount my Horizontal Router Table and my 12” Disc Sander on a cart but I don’t have the space for many carts. I saw this in a book that came with my subscription of Shopenotes. The Top of this flips 180* to gain access to what ever tool you have mounted on it. Made of MDF and some scrap pine, it was and is my favorite shop cart. I plan on making one more soon.

That’s pretty nice. Have you mounted the 12” disk sander to it yet?

This is a nice project that is both practical and useful as well.

Thanks for the post.

I wonder if it’s wide enough to mount my JET mini lathe on instead of the sander ?
