Pelican point is a friend of mine’s building, that I got to do some custom work into. The first entrance is built from hundreds of cedar roots all scribed together to fit nice and tight finished out with a poly, the third picture is a glass fishing float I worked into the roots, there was a few of them that I put into it along with some nice stones. The forth and fifth pictures are of a good size spruce tree that I split in half for bar tops leaving the roots for a base at one side of each slab, Tops were finished with an epoxy with the shine taken off, the rest left natural. They were about 15 foot along each wall. The last picture is of two spruce trees that grew together at the roots forming a perfect entrance piece, defiantly a sweet lucky find, and a challenge to move and install, It was finished with a rub in poly. This place is Located in Westport WA, So feel free to pop in if any of you LJs are around this summer. I will be setting the place up for a little gallery for a few months,
Thanks LJs

I don’t think there are too many people out there that do what you do….at least as well. Is that an airport in the background? Love your stuff.

Thanks for the invite. I really haven’t been over there in a while, but this summer I am going to fix that.
Nice work. I love the bar, that thing is massively cool. reminds me a little of the Old Cannery in Sumner.
I like the floats added in the arch.
Thanks for posting this.

I do think you’re one of the truly premier builders on this site. Certainly the best imagination I have ever seen.

Fantastic work again… I’d love to come visit your shop one day. If the price of gas gets any higher, I’d have to ride my bicycle to get there. LOL

Once again! Just sayin’. Don’t know how you keep coming up with what you do, but don’t stop!
