Easy project for Christmas present. Hour glass bulb came from Rockler. Base made from scraps of mahogany. Hardest part was sizing the brass rods: Too long, bulb wabbles, too short, bulb breaks. Ended up leaving rods slightly long and filling mounting hole with silicone. Mom loved it! Will make another soon.
