cut-off or scrap bin

Finally added mobility to the big box of off-cuts and scraps. All from one sheet of plywood and some of the scraps that were in the bin to begin with. Nothing super-pretty, but if you look at the last picture you can see where I started, a big cardboard box that the movers put my scrap in…that was two moves and 8 years ago.

This new bin is on 4” casters, so I can move it around as needed. i did not show the Masonite dividers I put into each “cell” of the bin, they help to segregate the scrap as well as keep the pieces upright/vertical. The back of the bin acts as a place to hang most of my bar clamps with the twist-grips in the bin and the bars hanging out.

Very cool..Looks a lot like a planter that I setup in Sketchup for those 8×24 flowerboxes.

As long as its functional, I think it came out great.

-- Martin ....always count the number of fingers you have before, and after using the saw.
