Rounded picture frame

The drawing I made a while back needed a nicer frame. I saw this rounded picture frame in some youtube video, and set out to recreate something alike.

Made out of MDF. I spray panted it. I used a very fast drying paint, so the end result was a kind of textured finish. Not what I intended, but I really like it. If gives an even more flat finish.

In case you are wandering. The girl in the picture is Jewel Staite. The actress that played in the Firefly series, which I really enjoyed watching.

Nice framework, looks good painted white, try another one using like a curly or birdseye Maple, I bet it will look even better.

This is a great frame idea and . . . you’re an excellent artist! Thanks for sharing.
