Bent wood style Rings. I like this technique because of its look mostly, but sometimes it can be hard to get more than one color in the ring. A majority of my figured veneer does not bend well, but most domestics bend nicely. This Spalted Maple is awesome that it was easy to work and has the spalt line around most of it.The Koa bent ring was harder to work but still finished nicely. Both finished with MinWax Poly Gloss

Nice looking rings, I’ve always wanted to try those, maybe one day, I can live vicariously through you for now, LOL.

Ha no Woodeye, I did not cut my thumb its just bent very sharply. Thanks for checking out my rings. I really enjoy making them.
