This mobile dust control system consists of an air filtration system (built using a furnace fan and scrap boards) and a Festool Dust Extractor (CT mini). To increase the capacity of the mini, the dust deputy is added to it. Other users of this kind of system with the Festool dust extractor have confirmed that the dust bag hardly needs to be replaced.

To reinforce the lid, a circular hardboard (cut out using a jigsaw and circle-cutting jig) is added to the lid. Also to add strength to the 5-gallon bucket, the dust bucket is inserted into a second bucket.

The outlet can be connected to two different sizes of hoses. The last second picture shows the suction in action.

For use with these tools: bandsaw, sanders, scrollsaw, drill press and compound mitre saw.

Nice Job, working on a cyclone DC myself, all wood design, you can check out my blog if your interested. This looks like it does the job, and quite well.
