I seen the 2d mobius cutting board on another persons site and I desided to redue the pattern alittle and make a 3d box so I went into photoshop last night and designed this pattern. It is not perfect and I will make another but it took all darn day to build this one. The other board I made in between drying of the 3d board.
Thanks for stopping by Dennis

This looks good. Dennis and I just had a good talk on the phone about the frustrations and fun of building something new like this. (I have one in pieces in a box in my shop.) Great job of sticking with it. the next one will be even better.
The other board looks really good!

Great looking boards Dennis, I like the 3D box look. I see some cherry in there, curly maple & walnut, what are the other woods?

Nice Boards Dennis, I really need to make me one. I do most of the cooking in our house and I have this tiny little board. I keep see all these great ones and I am just gonna have to take the leap and make one.
I like the 3D square,

As someone who has made a mobius strip … I understand the difficulty of geting the angles just right…
