A Maple & Mahogony frame. Tung oil finish. The Maple isn’t really that interesting, but this was an experiment. I really like the shallow cove on the outer molding. I used a 1/2” cove bit with all but 3/16” buried in the fence. Raised the bit as needed for each pass. 3/16’ radius on the edge. I’m sure that cove has been used a million times, but it was new to me & I’m sure gonna use it again.

Great job on that frame.
The technique you used for the cove really gives it that extra touch.
Beautiful job.
And I love the smile on that little guy.
He looks ready to go !
