I have wanted to make some ceramic knives for friends. Bought a blank and looked at it a lot. I really did not want to rout out the tangs on both sides. So I came up with the idea of making 3 scales, 2 regular and one the thickness of the blade. See the template. After that it was easy. The only problem is when smearing epoxy on 3 parts is that they are slicker than owl shit. Next time I will use brass rods drilled through all scales before assembley and have an extra feature at the end.

I do not know. Came with the knife. Could be Knookie, or Boinkie. I know that it is not Bobinga because I got that yesterday. :)
