I wanted to buy some speaker stands for my surround speakers but the ones I liked were something like $100 each x4= more then I was willing to pay. I made four of these for about $40. I think the brown wood is called makor? The lighter wood is curly maple.

a whole lot nicer then 400 bucks …i think these have to be better then what you looked at…for sure, just have to be, great job

Hell that beats $400 any day, i bet they look better than the stands you were looking at anyway. Very Nice.

That’s a very cool design, and the curly maple is a great accent. Ten times cheaper and ten times more fun to make. Good job!
