Ever since I made my bed, my dog has been going on it so he can look out the window. So I knew that I had to make a box to raise his dog bed up so he can look out the window on his own bed. He sheds a lot, so I wanted him off my bed.
I designed this bed on SketchUp and changed it a little as I made it. Here was the original design:

The only thing that I didn’t do is add the fronts of the steps.
The whole project was made with 3/4” birch plywood that I got for free from pallets at work. The only thing that I paid for were the fasteners and glue, which I already had. I also rounded everything over so there were no sharp edges. I also did not even bother applying a finish because it was just for my dog and he would of scratch it all up anyways and I wanted it to be pet safe.

Thanks for looking!

Cool, Kyle!!

Just the right height to allow the ever vigilant watch dog to scan the neighborhood!
