A chisel was used to enlarge the “slot” for the 3/8” blade as I don’t have a drill bit that perfectly matches the blade’s size.

I cut the long edges’ chamfers with a chamfer guide; the ends’ with a rasp and file.

Good storage idea,and good looking.
