To me , this is the best saw horse design going. It’s light, strong ,easy to build and stack-able. It’s all 15 deg. angels, made from 2×6,1×6,1×4,plywood.They are 30” tall. We used to stack 2×10 floor joist loads and 2×6 wall loads on sets of these. 2 saw horses and a sheet of plywood makes a cutting table

Durable and does the job, that’s everything you want in a set of sawhorses. I am planning on making a few myself that I found in my Shop Notes Mag. They are made of all Plywood and fold flat, its pretty unique design. Nicely done.

Thanks for posting a classic. Call me wierd but have always liked that particular style of saw horse. It’s a simple and functional design that can be made from construction site scraps. Once they’re made, saw horses like those can really last quite a while.
