Cheese cutting board

This is obviously a late post. These are the cutting boards I made to give as Christmas presents Dec 2011. These are based on the pattern/project that Spalm posted. The details he provided were awesome and made this a very simple project.

Boards are end grain and are made out of maple and bamboo. Fun project, the cheese slicer works great and everyone liked their present.

Your posting just cost me $100!! But I’m not complaining :-) I thought your cheese boards looked so good that I ordered 20 sets of cutters plus a few extra wires.

Ha! Almost missed this one.
Those look great. I have never tried bamboo – really nice.

They seem to always make a hit.

I purchased my parts through, click on “Parts” in the leff column and they’re labeled “replacement handle arm assembly”
