I made this for myself, the Walnut came to me from my grandfather and is 50+yrs old. The veneer on the inside is Burr Oak, and was left over from a job. I have also made a paneled back with bead detail.
This was all made from scraps I had laying around, which is why the door timbers are not book-matched, or for that matter pleasing grain. But it’s for an upstairs W/C, so fine by me.

Wow. He will be watching you take a shower… forever! Maybe you should face it away from the shower. Btw, Nice job with just scraps. I wish I had nice scraps laying around.

I kept looking at it and all I could see was my third grade teacher Old Miss Duffy. Yikes!!

Beautiful job on the cabinet. The walnut is fantastic. I don’t think the grain on the doors will ever be noticed. I didn’t till I read your post again.
