This cross started out as a chair rail in a bank that was built in 1899. The building was torn down and I found this board (and two others) sticking out of a dumpster headed for who knows where. Now it is a 12 X 17.5 inch (3/4 thick) Walnut cross hanging in my house.

JUST great looking. Would you share the source of the pattern?

I love reusing materials. Nicely done on the cross.

Great score on the wood. It gives the piece even more character.
