I finished this project a few months ago and now I’ve finally got around to posting it. I originally wanted to just do some intarsia pieces on my scroll saw but then I thought that they would like cool inlayed into something. that’s when I got the idea of making a little cabinet. It is all made out of pine. The top, door, and sides are frames made to fit the intarsia pieces and have thin pieces of wood on the back of them. The intarsia pieces are also pine and each piece in them are stained different colours. The finish is a red mahogany stain with a couple coats of tung oil. I really like how this project turned out and I’m looking forward to doing more projects like this. Enjoy!
