From Tom Fidgen's book Made By hand, and made from beech grown in a forest a couple of hours down the road.
I will admit to cheating a little, i used a cordless drill and an electric sander….oh and the recess for the door was done with a router. Other than that all hand tools.
Had to make a small repair on the half lap dovetails at the top with some walnut veneer.
Back panel and drawer bottom are made from slats from an old blind. Shown here

Beautiful, clean, Krenov-style cabinet. I cannot tell from the photo but is that a curved, coopered door?

As clean, simple and beautiful as it gets. What a great door. Don’t know if I would have used the back left board with the knot but that’s just my taste. Thanks for the book link but “page not found”.

Thanks Gene, i used the knot as it was the last of the wood i had. It’s kinda grown on me though. Link was indeed broken, it’s now fixed.
