Following up and giving thanks to JR45’s recent similar post, I mustered the courage to try making my version of this “tool.” Mine consists of 2 professional quality emery boards (the wood in the project) and a GOP (grand ol’ project) solid gold-painted/embellished lapel pin.
My math skills do not go high enough to calculate the total cost but it was substantially lower than JR45’s. I will probably never use this because I think it’s a bigger scam than 1-hour martinizing.
I will put it in the shop as a conversation piece though! You know, just bring it out while someone is in the shop and flip it this way and that against whatever I am working on and then make a few notes on a pad. Tell them I was doing some arithmatatic vs. mathrithmatic calculations and go on working.
Hey it’s pouring rain here and I just HAD to do something this morning.

Well you get an “A” for concept, design and execution. You get an “F” for the use of a political symbol (lapel pin)
we both know that anything political DOESN’T WORK.

The elephant is the best part. I’ll buy two of ‘em. Will fifty bucks cover them? Twenty more for shipping?

Edit: Can I get one ef ‘em with the jackass on it instead? I wanna feel impartial.

-- I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you. I'm sorry, thanks.

Great Jay send me 20 of them I will sell them for 1/2 of what woodpeckers is selling it for and we can split the profits, LOL

I hope Woodpeckers didn’t go too far and order a railroad car load of those things.
