Another cutting board. I tried to do a 3D type effect, but it wasn’t as pronounced as I would have liken it to be. It’s also edge grain surface, which means that the joints across the length of the board are glued end grain to end grain! I used mechanical fasteners and biscuits along every joint. Time will tell if it holds up; frankly, my money is against it.
This was definitely a “learning” experience. The execution was fine, but the design left a lot to be desired.

Your 3d design looks okay. It should last if the wood was sealed.
