This is my new air compressor cart. Its made of 3/4” B/C plywood assembled with a Kreg pocket hole jig and Kreg wood screws. I needed something to hold the compressor and a way to move it around more easily. I saw a few examples others had made and adapted my design after those. It works fairly well but the casters are not the best. I think I’ll add a dowel rod as a handle but all in all I’m pleased with it. I might also add a shelf to it so I have a place to rest the nail guns and stapler.

Having just battled with my compressor in the basement (making “ladders” to close in the duct work) this looks like a real time saver and quick and easy to build. Have you thought of enclosing it to reduce noise?

That’s a great design; you’ve got what you need – nothing more, nothing less

Welcome to LJs!
I’ve been needing to build a cart for my air compressor so I might just “borrow” your design.
