I went to Europe with my Dad in 2010 and was inspired by the wide variety of architecture, so I decided to make a castle to remember my trip by. The goat skull over the drawbridge was provided by my buddy John. It comes complete with a dungeon, rampart and turrets. The hinges on the door come from my root cellar which was in sore need of remodeling. The crooked staircase inside was the achievement of my cohort Chad Blecha. He has a tendency to make things look more screwed up than I do! Now I just need to figure out the moat set up…..

You build a beautyfull romantic castle!
Your style is quite similar to the drawings of Anton Pieck, a well known European (Dutch) artist.
You might like what he made.

It looks like something you see in a movie. I really love the introduction of the stone and brick in the walls. Great design.
