A frame made of some cherry moulding I had for a friends piece of art.

We had 1/8” glass put on front and back of the charcoal drawing to keep it flat and secure. I routered out 1/4” grove in the back for the glass. Used a frame clamp and some angle brackets with some TB to keep it together. Another couple of angle brackets to hold the glass in place. Just two coats of wipe on poly.

He is going to give this to his grandparents this next week. Nothing special on my part, just good framing practice (Doctors call it a practice…I think I will too).

Nice frame and I like the double glass idea. The artwork is also very good….almost a surreal piece. Good job.
