First raditor cover

Made this raditor as Christmas gift for my Mom.

I’ve dabble in the past with wood working, just some home projects and helping friends. Looking to build my skills.

The cover was made from HD pine lumber. The joints were glued and screwd and the long boards were joined with biscuits.

The finsh is 4 coast of Minwax poly.

It’s not a bad first project but I could see my flaws.

That looks good! You did a wonderful job on the finish, too. I’ll bet your mom loved it.
