this was a project that took little time and was lots of fun, my wife asked for a napkin holder and I decided to be creative. My wife and children all have pet rabbits and as it was coming to Easter I went with buggs here. It is 3/4 pine with two dowels holding it together. The wife painted it and wa la or however you spell that.

Nice fun little project. Love projects couples can work on together. My wife tells me I can’t paint, glad she can :)

Happy Easter and a belated welcome to LumberJocks.

Between your woodworking, and your wife’s painting skills, that turned out to be a really nice napkin holder.
Good job !

Really cute. Nice arrangement you have with your wife. I should look into that, as painting is the least fun part of woodworking, in my opinion.

PS “Voila” is the correct spelling :-)

thanks Gerben now that you spell it I feel kinda silly, I suggest the wife painting whole heartedly as it makes my wife look for projects we can do together and makes the workshop less of a point of stress if I want to spend all weekend in it.
