Lidiya, it seems that the old pilgrim is at the begining of his journey – he is smiling, his clothes are just after laundry and ironing. It is interesting to see his appearance at the end of the journey. :)

Beautiful as always, if you trim the beard a little it’s a dead ringer for my buddy’s grandfather, LOL

Wonderful carving, as usual, but this fellow give me a certain feeling that a certain sense of mischief and
a debatable sense of proper ownership of items might be the reason that he is always a pilgrim looking for
a new place to be. Of course my mother told me I had a warped sense of judgement and I should keep
my mouth shut.
